The Metro's First Park-and-Ride Lot is Now Open Metro Rideshare users and other commuters are welcome to our new Park-and-Ride Lot. It is located on the south side of State Highway 370 just west of the I-80 & 370 Interchange in Sarpy County. The lot's location will provide an ideal rendezvous for those commuting between Omaha and Lincoln as well as those commuting into Omaha from western Sarpy County. The parking lot is open from 6am to 10pm and is free to use.
Employers, the Metro Rideshare Employer Module is Available! The module offers employer exclusive matching to add comfort and convenience to the carpooling process. Please contact a MAPA representative to learn more about the module and how to access it!

MAPA and the Metro Rideshare Team would also like to thank and recognize the companies, communities, and organizations listed above for being a part of the Friends of Metro Rideshare Partnership Program. The success of Metro Rideshare would not be possible without the support of our partners!
Have you seen our signs? The City of Omaha, the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the Nebraska Department of Roads recently posted our informational road-side signs. More and more commuters are now registering each day thanks to these signs located throughout Omaha and Western Iowa.
What is MetrO! Rideshare? MetrO! Rideshare is a free, quick and secure service that connects commuters throughout the Metropolitan Omaha Region who are interested in carpooling. Simply create a new account and profile and MetrO! Rideshare will automatically search for carpool matches according to your commuting preferences.
Carpooling helps to save money on fuel costs and vehicle wear and tear. Having someone to share the ride with can also be fun and relaxing. And by carpooling you are helping to reduce our dependence on oil and decrease pollution in the Omaha metro area.
